Reception, orientation and guidance for new visitors and participants.
A learning and teaching sanctuary for the future of humanity. Futurology, human mental wellbeing and ecological sustainability shape the New Earth society we want to help create. Portugal is the intended starting point.

The Prior Pyramid brings creative work, living, shared meals and Spirit+Studio into one planted, light-filled structure. Around the Pacific Dome, a landscape of ateliers, yurts, gardens and river paths connects the wider community.

River paths connect the Prior Pyramid, Pacific Dome, yurts and forest.

The Light Market, shared tables and illuminated dome bring the evening together.

Wim Prior Van Gucht
Wim Prior is an Antwerp-based artist and concept creator. Through Hermanos Sanctuary, he brings together his work around art, personal development, community and the environments we share.
His vision connects Spirit+Studio and Art Spa with the cultural possibilities of Kunstmarkt and ART+NOW. Shared tables, creative practice and teaching become ways to explore how a future society might support human wellbeing and a sustainable life.
Known within the community as “New Paradise”, the sanctuary starts with a question we can explore together: what kind of world helps people thrive?
Hermanos Sanctuary explores that question through learning, teaching and shared daily life. “New Paradise” is the community’s name for this vision: a place to develop New Earth societal principles through real encounters and collective practice.
We imagine a mentally healthier world for people and a sustainable future for humanity. The programme connects self-understanding, creative expression, dialogue and ecology with the practical ways we live, work, share resources and care for one another.
Everyone can bring knowledge, become a learner and, in time, share what they have learned. These principles remain open to reflection, evidence and the experiences of the community.
Explore the learning programme ↗A welcoming entrance leads to the heart of the property: a meeting place with shared facilities. Around it, space opens up for stays, creativity and everyday life.
The property plan provides a repeatable foundation, adapted to the landscape, existing buildings and local possibilities.
Reception, orientation and guidance for new visitors and participants.
A communal table, cultural space and places for conversations and activities.
A possible mix of existing homes, yurts, tiny houses, domes and camper pitches.
The final design depends on the chosen location, available resources and local approvals.
Property criteria, partner conversations and an initial project dossier.
Comparing locations and developing technical, local and financial feasibility.
Funding, a local team and a phased fit-out of the property.
Evaluating initial operations and laying a foundation for other European locations.

In the longer term, we want to develop a network through licensing and local operators. A mentoring and training model supports the transfer of the concept.
This is a direction for growth. Franchise and investment terms have not yet been established.
