01 / Meet
Open community
Free social participation, introductions, local circles and the email-gated community directory. Meet people before deciding whether a paid offering fits.
Free
Start with people, shared practice and useful space. Build recurring income through membership, education, residencies and cultural activity. Use a proven operation to support the next place.

This is a choice of ways to participate, not a rank or a requirement to spend more. A resident can also teach; an artist can also host. Membership never guarantees a room, work or selection.

02 / Contribute
Offer cooking, gardening, welcome support or creative skills. Agree scope, supervision and any funded benefit in advance. Paid operational jobs remain in the budget.
Agreed tasks
03 / Belong
A proposed €150 annual membership supports the network, digital circles and selected local benefits. Courses, mentoring and accommodation remain separately priced.
€150 / year proposal
04 / Learn & teach
Choose a workshop, a learning cohort or individual mentoring. Experienced members can apply to facilitate. Selection, delivery standards and a clear fee split protect quality.
Example: €25-45 class / €75 mentoring
05 / Stay
Explore camper pitches, yurts, shared accommodation or a private room. Short seasonal stays and curated ART+NOW residencies have different agreements.
Monthly rates by location
06 / Host
Build a circle in your city, activate an existing cultural space, then test a viable local operation before considering a larger domain.
Host agreement
Social Pricing becomes a funded access scheme: a proposed 5% of membership revenue supports bursaries, with an agreed annual limit. The earlier blanket 50-70% discount becomes a case-by-case possibility only where a funded place exists. Contributions and internal recognition are not cash income, wages or an investment return.

| Activity | Local creator / operator | Network income | Community & growth |
|---|---|---|---|
| Classes and mentoring | Agreed delivery fee or share pays facilitators and venue. | Only the agreed organising margin or platform commission. | Positive cash can support access and new formats. |
| Stays and studios | Monthly contributions pay staff, property, utilities and maintenance. | Proposed €6,000 annual host licence plus 6% of processed stay revenue. | Reinvestment only after costs, obligations and reserves. |
| Art markets & artwork sales | Artists retain their sale proceeds less agreed fees. Hosts receive stand income. | Example 8% sale commission and 20% of processed stand fees. | Culture creates paid opportunities and a wider audience. |
| FABI, private events & ART+TV | Event delivery, hospitality and creative work receive a defined budget. | Service fees, contracted sponsorship or production margin. | Only earned surplus enters the growth budget. |
| Membership | Local benefits are funded within a delivery budget. | Recurring dues fund coordination, content and member support. | 5% access allocation included in delivery costs. |
Each transaction has one seller, one recognised revenue amount and a settlement record. Gross art sales, booking volume and mentor payments are not all central revenue. When entities share ownership, consolidate accounts and eliminate internal licence and commission transfers.
Fee examples are proposals to test, not current Kunstmarkt tariffs or signed host terms. This website supports enquiries and a Doorman simulation. Live multi-location booking, art payment and settlement integrations remain a build phase.
Change the assumptions. See the cost of paid staff and delivery before considering cash for expansion. These are planning scenarios, not a valuation, an offer or evidence of existing sales.

All model values are annual euros net of VAT. Consumer prices, local tax treatment, employment costs and any financing need location-specific quotes. Tax is an editable cash allowance, not a tax calculation. No land acquisition, construction, appreciation or speculative asset resale income is included. Site and network figures are separate entity views and must not simply be added.
Fund a design brief, site search, surveys, feasibility and a limited first phase. Keep a working reserve before allocating money to growth.
Activate an existing villa, hotel or cultural building through a lease or operating agreement. Property partners can provide land or buildings while the local team operates the programme.
Use a dedicated property vehicle with independently costed land, infrastructure and construction phases. A dome or Prior Pyramid needs planning approval, a build budget and its own capital structure.
A larger network can create a stronger operating history and a wider group of potential partners. It cannot make a construction budget disappear. Grants and donations count only when awarded or received; repayable and investor capital remain financing.
€2 million is an editable arithmetic example, not a dome, pyramid or land price estimate. The comparison assumes unchanged annual growth cash and no inflation or financing costs.
Two accountable local hosts, a clear participation agreement and a recurring open gathering. Test whether people return. Free community participation can grow without owning a building.
Use ART+NOW and Kunstmarkt organisers to activate an existing studio, gallery or partner venue. Establish paid demand and keep track of delivery margins and host quality.
Curate stays through Doorman. Track available room-months, rent collection, occupancy, repeat participation and the cost of support. Mobility requires host approval and a genuinely available place.
Expand only after a positive operating cash record, a funded reserve and a full feasibility review. Keep winter delivery and accommodation capacity realistic.
Document the programme and train local operators. Add countries with local teams, viable agreements and sufficient support capacity. The model’s scale setting is an ambition to test, not a dated rollout promise.
The Doorman pitch, Hermanos and Kunstmarkt business plans provide the operating logic. The prices and capacities above are new planning assumptions, not validated demand.
External comparisons help frame possible formats: Sun and Co. combines monthly stays, coworking and community. Tamera combines a defined community-service programme with a participation contribution and a solidarity fund. Their offers differ from Hermanos; neither is a partner endorsement or a local market study.

Spirit+Travel organises the programme packages. The in-house app is the guest-facing layer for planning, activity opt-ins, agreed tasks, fee status and community exchange through Karma and Moneywa.
Doorman remains the coordination layer behind the app. Core stay-management access is planned within an agreed stay. Programme services have separate prices; gross package value and net platform fees must not be counted twice.
Initial app development requires its own budget. The calculator’s technology allowance covers ongoing operations, not a complete custom app build.
