People find a place.
Places find a purpose.
Connect a person’s skills and intentions with an available room, atelier, teaching opportunity or community task. Hosts curate access. Clear agreements define who contributes, who earns and what returns to the network.

A clear route through the door
Select a role, format and place. The example checks fit and capacity before showing a review and a financial split.
From community to a viable host.
- 1 / Discover & apply
- A free profile or community introduction expresses interests, skills, dates and access needs.
- 2 / Match & review
- Check capacity, suitable facilities and the participant’s role. The local host accepts or declines. An accepted profile does not grant automatic access to another property.
- 3 / Agree & confirm
- Record the room, time, scope, participant contribution, organiser, cancellation terms and settlement. A future payment integration must confirm payment before a paid booking becomes final.
- 4 / Deliver & settle
- Confirm delivery, allow for refunds and allocate the creator, host and network amounts once. Keep a separate record of funded support or non-cash contribution.
- 5 / Learn & circulate
- Feedback and a reliable participation record can support a later mentoring, creator or host role. Moving to another site always requires availability and local review.
The Kunstmarkt connection

| Kunstmarkt logic | Hermanos / Doorman use |
|---|---|
| Creator, organiser, location and artwork profiles | Connect the person, space, programme and the offer without forcing one permanent role. |
| Invite, apply, accept or decline | Local hosts curate residents and programme proposals. Permissions follow an approved agreement. |
| Book metres, walls, stands and event slots | Use one capacity ledger for ateliers, rooms, teaching space and market areas. |
| Sales and ticket transactions | Record gross volume separately from a network commission; artists and facilitators retain their agreed proceeds. |
| Professional organiser / Art Dealer tools | Let accountable local operators manage multiple creators or spaces, with defined authority and transparent settlement. |
| Curated fairs and verified sales history | Use appropriate selection for high-trust formats. Future auctions and high-value trade need their own verified processes. |
Hermanos grows belonging. Spirit+Studio supplies learning formats. ART+NOW activates property. Kunstmarkt supports cultural commerce. Doorman coordinates the flow.
See how the income connects ↗Tasks support access.
They do not create cash.
Agree practical tasks, supervision and benefits in advance. Keep essential paid roles in the operating budget. A bursary can reduce a participant’s fee only when a funded allocation is available.
Example: a €30 class can receive a €10 funded bursary. The participant pays €20 and the access fund supplies €10. Revenue remains €30 once; the contribution is recorded separately. There is no extra €10 revenue created by the task.
Local employment, residency and contribution arrangements require appropriate local agreements. Internal recognition is not an investment token, wage balance or guaranteed free stay.
