your choice.

When you request access to the community directory, Hermanos stores your email address, registration date, consent choice and whether you opted in to news. This records your interest and lets you open the WhatsApp invitations.

When you join the UTOPIA interest list, Hermanos also stores your chosen role and UTOPIA news preference in a separate festival registration. The form can unlock the existing community invitations; it does not enrol you into a WhatsApp group automatically.

News and programme updates are optional and are not required to access the directory. Registration does not create a paid membership, booking or WhatsApp account. Your email is not passed to WhatsApp by this form.

A secure browser cookie remembers directory access for 30 days. You can remove it in your browser settings. Your email registration is stored on the site’s hosted storage and is accessible only to the site owner through a protected export.

For questions, corrections, withdrawal of optional updates or deletion of your registration, contact Contact Wim via WhatsApp. Registrations are retained until you ask for deletion or the community registration service is discontinued.

My Hermanos accounts and demo features

The public My Hermanos demo can be used without login and stores its demo profile, photo, reservations, tickets, tasks, memberships and example credits only in your browser. Cloud sign-in and direct Google, Facebook and email registration are not fully connected. Existing authenticated account integrations, where available, keep user-owned records separate. Account identity and email are used to keep your records separate from other members.

Your optional full name, phone, location, biography, interests and uploaded photo are private. Your display name or tribe name can appear on a public activity comment only after review. Private feedback remains available only to you and the site owner. Photos are stored for your profile; AI portrait transformation is not connected and uploads are not sent to an AI service.

Saved activity selections are stored on this device when signed out and in your account when signed in. You can explicitly import this device’s selection. Demo membership states, facility reservations, task choices and example credits are stored to make the simulation usable across sessions. They do not create real bookings, work agreements, payments, income, financial assets or redeemable balances.

Use My Hermanos to export your profile and demo data, remove your photo or feedback, withdraw membership interest, or delete your Hermanos account data. Account deletion does not delete your ChatGPT identity or earlier, separately submitted email registrations. Contact Wim through the website contact form for those registrations.
